Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. today announced that its franchisee, Berjaya Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Sdn Bhd, has opened the first Krispy Kreme doughnut shop in Malaysia. Berjaya Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Sdn Bhd is a 70% owned subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (BCorporation).
