Religious tourism is an important tourism product promoted by the country, the Dewan Rakyat was told on Thursday. Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen said Islamic tourism was a major product while other religious tourism products were Thaipusam, Chinese New Year and Wesak Day.
