Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is offering a total of 38 extra flights to meet the growing demand for the forthcoming Chinese New Year.
The additional flights from February 10 to February 21 will cover popular destinations such as Kuching, Sibu, Kota Kinabalu and Johor Baharu as well as Hong Kong, Singapore and Taipei.
“These extra flights are expected to complement domestic tourism activities,”
said MAS’ senior general manager, network and revenue management, Dr Amin Khan, in a statement on Tuesday.
Stating that MAS would be monitoring the loads closely, he said the airline would mount further additional flights, pending availability of aircraft.
